About David Forsyth
David our Founder & Manging Director set up The Exit Company 12 years ago following a successful career where he built and sold 3 companies over 20 years. After these Exits, he worked with over 100 companies achieve businesses growth in preparation for sale.
Davids frustration with working with a number of M&A companies led to him starting “The Exit Company” – since then he has helped shape the future of over 400 company owners in selling their businesses alongside matching potential “buyers” with “sellers” successfully.
David is based in our Newcastle HQ and sits on many regional and National “Business Clinics” advising SMEs on future direction for growth, investment and future Exit.
